Making Money on the Internet - Be Unique

Making money on the internet, whether through a blog, website, or affiliate store means you are in competition with thousands, no, hundreds of thousands of other people who are trying to do the same thing.

So what can you do about it? Well, for one thing, you need to be unique.Your blog or website needs to stand out from all the others. That means you cannot post on the same thing that everyone else is writing about, nor should you use the same style as the other bloggers in your niche.

Look at some of the successful websites, read them carefully and you will discover that they are all unique in some way. It can be the topic, or the way the writer presents information, the target audience, or it could just be as simple as the writing style used. Nonetheless, great websites are always unique in one or more ways.

So how do you become "unique" enough to start making money from your blog or website? Good question...I dunno....but I suppose, you need to find your voice, write in your own style, not that of others, no matter how much you enjoy their blog. You need to find ways to present the information you are writing about in a unique and different way, but still effective enough to get the readers to come to your blog, and get the search engines to notice you.

One way, and this is deep so try and stay with me, is to become a unique individual yourself. Find your own voice, your own opinions and write about them. Present information that other folks are interested in, and give them lots of it. Don't emulate or copy the style of others, try to be a trailblazer yourself. Don't be afraid to do things differently than others. Use your own opinons in your blogs. Your opinion can be the thing that makes you unique, especially if it is different from other bloggers and websites, and it is worthwhile.

Do your homework, don't offer a blog about something you don't know anything about, write about what you know, but use you own stuff, your own "artistic" skills. Put a little of you in all your blogs, even if it is just a passing remark about something that you feel strongly about, or at least strong enough to talk about it a little. In other words, let your own unique personality shine through in your posts, even if the are about the same thing that 4000 other bloggers already wrote about. In one sense, information is finite, there is only so much to go around. But, if you put your own real thoughts and personality into the blog, and your writing, you will become unique over time, as your blogger personality evolves.

I's sorry if this post of Make Money Blogging was a little scattered....I am trying to be unique....and actually a little tired. I have just returned from a 4 day camping trip and had no idea of how tired the trip would make me....now I am having trouble to keep my head up so I doubt this is making much sense....so in the interest of keeping the internet free of completely innane advice, I am going to go to bed....now....ZZZZZZZ
